In order to ensure that employees follow the working instructions for jobs. it is critical that they are written in such a way that they can be followed and understood.

In this course we will cover what analysis should be done how instruction should be written and in particular how the importance of safety measures need to be highlighted in such a way that employees will not be tempted to take shortcuts or ignore steps. This course will present a methodology and an approach that can be applied to writing safe work instructions for any task weather particularly safety critical.
